Shipping + Returns
I strive to reduce waste as much as possible, so items may arrive in boxes that have been re-used, and often are packed with recycled packing materials like previously-loved paper and bubble wrap. I pack every package carefully and ensure I protect each piece to the very best of my ability. I encourage you to recycle and re-use your shipping materials as well, and if you are in the Missoula, MT area, I offer a pick up/drop off option to save on shipping materials and costs. I do not accept returns, all sales are final.
DAMAGED PACKAGES/ORDERS:
I try my very best to ensure your order arrives safe and sound! That being said, sometimes the delivery person is having an extra bad day, or your order got packed into the truck with a couch on top of it. If your package arrives damaged, please email me directly as soon as possible (within a few days of receiving the package) for a resolution. I cannot accept damaged package claims after 6 days after the date of delivery.
It is very helpful if you have the following:
*detailed pictures of the box, label, and exterior damage
*detailed pictures of the interior packaging, packing materials, and damaged items in the order
*order number and billing name/shipping address
Please keep all packaging and damaged items until the damage claim has been resolved.
